- Detached garage is off-limits (except for the outdoor bathroom which is located on the back of the garage) due to a long-term tenant who lives in the apartment.
- Parking for up to five vehicles in driveway only; no street parking and no blocking the right garage door farther from the house.

Requirements:
- Guests must sign rental agreement, pool waiver, and house rules before stay.
